1-    Please use our Q&A board if you wish to cancel your order.

 

2-     We begin working on full dolls and doll parts immediately upon payment and therefore it’s hard for us to change/refund. Please take care in what you order.

 

3-   Cases which qualifies for exchange or refund

 

    -    When received product has great differences from our website’s product images

 

    -     When damages are made to product

 

4-  Cases which does not qualify for exchange or refund

 

    -  Damages caused by customers

 

    -  Slight resin color difference of parts from previous orders product

   

    -  Hardly visible air bubbles or specs

 

5-  For exchanges, please contact us within 7 days upon your order’s arrival.

 

6- Please inquire us through Q&A board before shipping for above cases.
