1- [Free Exchange] If your order is damaged or have flaws, you must inform us within a week of order’s arrival.
2- If the damage is caused by the customer, it does not qualify for free exchange.
3- [Paid Exchange] If your parts are damaged over time, you can qualify for paid exchange. However, we’d like to inform you that there may be difference in resin color due to the difference in time parts are made.
4- Products without Certificate of Authenticity do not qualify for free/paid exchanges.
